Statistics: Sorting

We are learning about statistics. We had a large pile of shapes on the mat. We had to sort the shapes. We had to check which pile had the most of the same shape and which pile had the the least of the same shape. We did a great job of sorting and naming the shapes. Have a look!

Our educational trip to Visy Recycling Centre

We went to Visy Recycling Centre. We saw where all our recycling from home goes. Because there was glass, we had to make sure we were safe. We wore hard hats, vests and safety glasses. All the paper, cans and plastic bottles that are packed into bales will go overseas to be recycled.
